Privacy statement
What we keep about you, why, and how to get rid of it. In plain language, because a statement you don't read doesn't protect you.

Please note: the company details on this page are not final yet. This text is not definitive.
Who issues this statement
30sreview is a service of PENDING, PENDING, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under PENDING, VAT number PENDING. Questions about your data go to hallo@30sreview.com.
This statement covers three things: this website, the request form, and the review page we build for customers.
What data we receive from you
Only what you fill in on the request form yourself:
- your business name and town
- the name and email address of the contact person
- your phone number, if you enter it
- your web address and your Google Business Profile
- the languages, keywords and colours you chose
- whatever you write in the comments field
What happens while you're clicking around
Nothing. As long as you don't submit the form, everything stays in your own browser. The preview you see next to the form is also assembled on your own device; no server is involved.
Only when you press send does the contents of the form come to us.
What we use it for
To answer your request and, if you become a customer, to build and maintain your page. Nothing more.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract and the steps preceding it at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The invoices that follow are subject to a statutory retention obligation (point (c)).
What we don't do
This site sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics script on it, no advertising pixel and no chat window. That is verifiable: the page loads nothing from another domain.
We don't sell your data, we don't rent it out, and we don't use it to offer you something else later.
Who else sees it
Two parties, both because there is no technical alternative:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting of this site and of the form
- Resend, Inc. (United States) — delivery of the email containing your request
Transfers outside the European Union
Both parties above are established in the United States. A processing agreement has been concluded with each, and the transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Beyond that, no data leaves the EU.
How long we keep it
A request that does not lead to an assignment is kept for six months, after which it is deleted.
Customer data is kept for as long as you are a customer and then two months for wrapping up. Invoices for seven years, because the Dutch tax authority requires it.
Your customers' page
The review page we build for you asks nothing of your customer. No account, no email address, no cookie. What they tick stays on their own device and never reaches us — so we also don't know who wrote a review, or how many were written.
The moment they paste their text on Google or Trustpilot, that platform's rules apply. We have no influence over that.
What you can ask of us
Access to what we hold about you, correction, erasure, restriction of use, objection to use, and a copy in a common file format. One email to hallo@30sreview.com is enough; we respond within a month.
If you feel we're not doing it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
Everything travels over an encrypted connection. The page itself contains no key or password: the form talks to our own server, and that server sends the email. Only the people handling your request have access to that mailbox.
Changes
If something material changes, we update this statement, move the date at the top forward and email existing customers about it.
